Nice hotel with internet access, a fitness centre, and a cute 24-hour reception. On my first stay, the staff helped me with a room issue even at night. I highly recommend staying here for your next trip.

    friendly staff

    lack of resolution

The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful.

I faced a serious issue with my reservation. Not only was my credit card improperly charged for the two nights, but it has been weeks without any resolution. My attempts to contact management have been futile, and I feel completely disregarded in this situation.

Family with children can't go wrong here

I had a solid time, the breakfast lady was super helpful and made sure we had what we needed, and the beds were ridiculously soft, I mean like clouds!

It wasn't exactly budget-friendly, but worth it if you want a cozy stay.

    helpful staff
    adequate breakfast
    cigarette smell
    unresponsive air conditioning
    poor communication

Check-in was chaotic, with a surprise cancellation of my reservation that I wasn't informed about. The room reeked of cigarette smoke, and the air conditioning didn't work in the 95-degree heat, making the experience unbearable. Obtaining basic necessities like towels took an absurd amount of time and effort. The noise from outside certainly didn't help, and the breakfast offered was merely satisfactory.

    morning crowd

The staff consistently displayed a high level of attentiveness, making every interaction smooth and pleasant. Rooms are well-kept, offering great comfort, and the breakfast spread included globally inspired dishes that catered to various tastes, enhancing the mornings. However, the pool area was smaller than expected, which could be a bit disappointing for families looking for more leisure options.

    spacious rooms
    great value
    ineffective ac

Had a fantastic time with friends! We loved the spacious rooms, and the location was perfect for visiting nearby attractions like the university and the Garden of the Gods. Breakfast was decent, but I recommend trying the local eateries for unique options. Overall, it was a great value for a fun getaway!

The only downside was that the AC in our room struggled to cool the bedroom area effectively, even when set low. It wasn’t uncomfortable but could be improved.

    slow resolution

I enjoyed the breakfast each morning, with a good selection of options. The room was clean and comfortable. One morning, I found a lovely spot to enjoy my breakfast while taking in a view of the mountains, which reminded me of home in Italy. However, I did face an issue when my key stopped working. It took a while to get it resolved.

    Pleasant stay with minor quirks

Had a chill time here. The staff were really friendly, always smiling and ready to help. The breakfast spread was decent, just wish they had more coffee options. Our room was ok, but the mildew smell hit you upon entering. Parking was a bit tight too, especially during busy times.

The hotel was very welcoming, especially for our large family with 3 young kids. The staff went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable, and we loved the family's friendly vibe. Fresh breakfast each morning was a hit with everyone!

My children wanted a bigger pool area.
